She owns a rehabilitative clinic, co-founded a wellness-tech business, and is the VP of Partnerships for Align Wellness. She has 15+ years of experience in performance marketing, sales, and advertising for multinational brands like Yum! Brands and Frito Lay, and began her career as an Account Manager for clients in the pharmaceutical, naturopathic, oncology, and medical cosmetic industries.
Randy Gilling,

Randy advises WIP and invests in a portfolio of physical rehabilitative clinics in Ontario. With 15+ years of experience in transforming businesses, he currently serves as CEO of a clinical consulting company that has worked with over 150 partners. Randy is also the seed investor of Wellby and has served as CEO for several Fintech companies, as well as a Multinational Sales Lead for S&P Global's Canada and Mid-Western US territories.
